May's home is a just under 2000 sq. ft. Rancher called "The Madison". Ranchers are great homes for 1st floor functionality as bedrooms, living room, dining room and the kitchen are all conveniently located on 1 floor.

Upon entering the Madison, you step into a large - open living room. Want to add a little more visual spice to this room? You have the option to install a tray ceiling and/or a fireplace. Connected to the living room is the kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen is open - as it opens to both the living room & dining room for ease of cooking and entertaining. The dining room can also easily be connected to an optional rear deck through sliding glass doors. Behind the kitchen is an ample sized nook which you might use for less "formal" meals.

There are 3 bedrooms on this floor, and 2 full size bathrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, and the master bathroom features room for a shower and an oversized whirlpool tub. The utility room is located in the hallway leading to bedrooms 2 and 3.
