The Process
Plant Tour
Come inside... take a photo tour of our production facility in Greenwood. In this controlled environment (meaning no weather damage to your lumber), your home moves between stations of skilled craftsmen. A home typically takes between 3-4 weeks to complete upon entering.

How does a home move from our factory in Greenwood to your lot? What happens? How long does it take to set? In this photo slideshow, you'll see just that. You and your neighbors will be amazed at how quickly your home is delivered to your lot and made weather tight. Most homes are easily "set" in just one day. Take the tour!

Speedy Turnaround
This section will randomly select one of the 9 reasons and then lead the user to the page that has all shown.
On average, your home will be built in the Beracah factory within 3-4 weeks. After leaving the factory, your home will arrive by carrier and "set" on its foundation (on your property). Final completion (with includes smaller details and customization) may take an additional four to eight weeks. Knowing this schedule allows you to move into your home quicker, and helps you plan your move better. As site preparation work differs for each property, your Beracah builder will work with you for a more exact schedule for your home delivery.
