Greenwood, DE - February 19 2008 - Beracah Homes recently opened three new model homes at sales centers across Delmarva. These models are taken from a new 68-page floor plan catalog that Beracah is offering customers as available homes built in their facility.

"The Pocomoke, The Cambridge & The Selbyville" are new models showcased at various Beracah Sales Centers across Delmarva and taken from their new master floor plan catalog available to prospective homebuilders the first week in March. Regent Homes by Beracah in Pocomoke, New Horizon Homes in Cambridge, and Green Diamond Builders in Felton are showing these new model homes. Found in 2004, Beracah has gained industry recognition for its construction of custom built homes, out of their Greenwood plant. In recent years though, Beracah has noticed an industry trend in prospective homebuilders & buyers; increases in customization. "Customers want homes with considerable curb appeal. They want a home that is visually appealing on their lot while still being functional and spacious on the interior," said Roger Collison (Vice President of Beracah Homes). For Beracah, this meant customers were looking to combine features from certain floor plans with each other to suit their individual needs. Those needs lead to their new 68-page catalog, featuring 56 home designs that can each be customized to suit any particular taste. The homes range in size from 1,000 sq. ft. to 3,500 sq. ft. With Collison adding the company has finished homes as large as 8000 sq ft.

Beracah has built relationships with local builders at 11 sales centers across Delmarva, with their most recent being Bay River Homes in Denton, MD and Regent Homes by Beracah, in Pocomoke City, MD. They refer to their homes as "off-site, stick built" meaning built from the ground up as most traditional homes, only built indoors to protect the home during construction from the elements. "Our goal has always been to carry a message to prospective builders and homebuyers that a Beracah Home is a stick built home, just started and built inside our plant instead of on your property." In 2005 Beracah constructed it's 1^st model home in front of their corporate office on Rt 13. With the addition of these 3 new models and their new master catalog, Beracah offers a greater visual representation for prospective homebuilders on their own, individual creation.
