At the Beracah Homes main office in Greenwood, customers can tour 4 model homes, a new 2000 sq. ft. Design Studio, and their main Beracah Factory. “Our goal is to have customers experience everything for building their new home in one place,” said Roger Collison (CEO of Beracah Homes). The highlight of the experience always has been the Beracah Factory. The Beracah Homes Factory is a 120,000 sq. ft. production facility where every Beracah Home is built. Customers tour framing, electrical, insulation, plumbing and other interior stations as home modules move down the production line. Factory tours are available to the general public every Thursday at 10:30 am and 2 pm; those interested can sign up online at BeracahHomes.com.
In addition to the Beracah Factory, interested customers can tour 4 Model Homes and a new 2000 sq. ft. Design Studio. The 4 model homes are characteristic of different styles and sizes. On-site is their Greenwood model (a 3400 Sq. Ft Craftsman Style ranch home), their 1500 Sq. Ft Delmarva Model, a 2016 Sq. Ft. Savannah 2-Story & their 900 Sq. Ft. Net Zero model (ZeMod). Touring each of these models gives customers ideas on styles of homes that Beracah typically produces. Beracah’s Design Studio is connected to the Main office, and is where customers can pick out selections for their new home & keep up to date on new building products and trends – such as home automation.
Two Beracah Sales Centers around Delmarva have moved to Greenwood; Sales Centers in Lewes, DE and Salisbury, MD. Customers driving by those locations will see a sign/banner that reads, “Moved to Greenwood”. “We are focusing our efforts in growing our Greenwood location” said Collison “no where on Delmarva can a customer travel to one place and experience so much”.
