Every Beracah Home is custom-built inside our factory in Greenwood, Delaware, then delivered to your site, set by crane, and finished on location. That process gives you the speed and quality control of factory construction with the flexibility to build in the place you actually want to call home.

Not every lot is right for a Beracah Home, but many are. Our sales and transportation teams work together early to review practical site questions like road width, truck and crane access, overhead lines, trees, foundation needs, and local building requirements.

    Each location can bring different requirements. Counties, towns, subdivisions, flood zones, septic and well needs, utilities, road access, and foundation conditions can all affect what is possible. That is why we encourage customers to talk with us early, before they assume a lot will or will not work.
