At Beracah Homes, we want to ensure your new home is built to your satisfaction and all components are functioning as expected – some issues may require our service manager or other trade partners to visit your home to assess a problem. If you would like to file a Service Request, use the form below to submit an email directly to our service manager.
Before You Submit - What To Expect
- Upon submitting your service request, we will review your information and you can expect to be contacted within 24 hours.
- We may need to send our service manager or other trade partners to your home to inspect/assess any issue – this will occur during normal business hours.
- Please include your "Service Number/House Number" when filling out the service form - use the photo guide below to assist you in locating the number to your home.
Serial/House Number. This information is found in either 2 locations. In older models, the number is typically underneath the kitchen sink cabinet. If your house number is not located here - newer model information may be found on the inside of the electrical panel box.
