Every project is built just as you would a traditional "site-built" home (from the ground up, board by board), except a Beracah Home is built inside our factory here in Greenwood. One of the many advantages of modular construction is that your home remains protected from the elements during critical construction stages. After your home is complete in our factory, it's transported to your lot, where it's lifted by a crane and set on its foundation and then finished on-site.
