Marketing Email

Newsletter enrollment is optional. A visitor may request a floor plan book or a cottages book without agreeing to receive the newsletter. On those book forms, the newsletter checkbox is unchecked by default; visitors receive the newsletter only if they choose to check it. The footer newsletter form is specifically for newsletter signup.

Marketing messages include an unsubscribe method.

Website Chat

Our website chat may collect the messages and contact or project information a visitor chooses to provide. We use chat to answer questions, help visitors find relevant Beracah information, and route inquiries to the right follow-up path.
