Beracah Homes works with qualified builders and contractors who want to offer custom modular homes built in our Greenwood, Delaware factory. This Builder/Contractor path is different from a standard Beracah customer project.

When a homeowner builds directly with Beracah, Beracah remains the builder through factory construction, delivery, set, on-site completion by Beracah Field Teams, final inspection coordination, and customer handoff.

For approved Builder/Contractor partners, Beracah builds the home modules through our Off-Site, Stick Built process, then works with the licensed builder or contractor on the project details needed for delivery, set, and completion.
