1-2 Person Finish/Trim Carpenter Team
- Subcontractor Position
- Must be Licensed and Insured
- Work available throughout the Eastern Shore (DE/Eastern Shore MD/Eastern Shore VA)
Quality & Safety Manager
- Building and quality inspections with strong knowledge of building codes, including framing, plumbing and electrical. IRC, IBC, NEC, IPC
- Blueprint review
- Serving as a liaison with third-party inspection agencies
- Maintaining OSHA logs and reporting
- Safety training for new and current employees
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry with a thorough understanding of blueprints, quality inspection and workplace safety processes. This is not an entry-level position.
