The Green Gable - Cottage

The Green Gable is a 938 sq. ft. cottage that balances comfortable living with a compact footprint. It includes two bedrooms, one full bath, one half bath, and an open kitchen and dining area that flows into the living room. Walk-in closets in both bedrooms provide useful storage, and an optional front porch adds outdoor living space. The Green Gable may be considered for a primary home, guest space, multigenerational living, an ADU, or another use only where the property, zoning, utilities, septic or sewer capacity, and permitting allow.
