The Greenwood is a Beracah "Craftsman" model home - a slightly different version of our traditional "Greenwood" - different features, upgrades, and most importantly - it's on display as our model & interactive design center in Greenwood. When people walk into this model the Greenwood model, one of the first things they mention is how much they enjoy the open-ness of the downstairs. They notice how large the home is vs. how it appears from the road. The front of the house features stacked stone accents, "tapered" craftsman style columns (a very popular aesthetic feature), and the entrance foyer features a bench seat that is open to above. Upgrades and options are abound in this model - you'll find a coffer ceiling in the dining room, a lighted tray ceiling in the owner suite, laminate floors, hardwood floors, ceramic tile floors, upgraded kitchen and much more. The upstairs comes unfinished, however if you choose to finish it... the total square footage of this house is 3400 sq ft. (2400 unfinished). You won't find a garage on this model, however one can be easily added. You can also customize any Beracah floorplan and can choose to add this very easily.
