Beracah Homes is a family-owned custom modular home builder based in Greenwood, Delaware. Since beginning production in the former Nanticoke Homes factory on April 7, 2003, Beracah has been a pioneer in Off-Site, Stick Built construction, building thoughtfully designed homes with consistent craftsmanship, strong materials, and outstanding value.
Each Beracah Home is built indoors in our factory, where our team can work in a controlled environment and follow the home through each stage of construction. We also build select light commercial projects and work with customers throughout Delmarva.
Beracah Homes is rooted here on Delmarva. Our customers, employees, trade partners, and local communities are part of the same region we call home, and we take that responsibility seriously.
When you build a Beracah Home, our team carries your project from the first land and floorplan conversation through factory construction, delivery, crane set, on-site completion by Beracah Field Teams, final inspection coordination, and customer handoff.
