New Model - The Hayshaker

Beracah's newest model home - The Hayshaker, is set to host an Open House on Saturday, December 7th, 2019 from 10 am - 3 pm.  The Hayshaker's opening might be it's most anticipated model home opening since the Greenwood model.  This modern farmhouse boasts a gorgeous exterior, with the interior photos kept under secrecy.  The interior layout features an open floorplan connecting the living room, kichen & sunroom with the owner's suite downstairs as well.  Upstairs holds room for two additional bedrooms or office space and also can feature a full bathroom.  To RSVP to the Open House on December 7th - Click Here.
