COVID-19 Updates | We Are Open

At Beracah Homes, we are OPEN!  Over the past several weeks, our nation/the world has been upended by the COVID-19 outbreak.  As the world has come to a screeching halt in many of our regular daily activities, the Governors of both Maryland & Delaware have deemed that Construction remains an "Essential" business.  

Staying OPEN however, has come with restrictions.  Our factory cannot have as many people working at one time, our field crews are practicing social distancing, sales, internal office staff... COVID-19 has certainly slowed everyone's pace.  For our customers, we're still working - your homes are being built, it's just taking a little more time than usual.  For new customers, we would enjoy connecting with you.  Tours of our models can be arranged, but only by first calling and scheduling an appointment with our office.
